Vintage Office Chair | Mid Century Chrome Swivel Desk Chair

Vintage mid-century modern swivel office chair by United Chair Co., Inc. of Leeds, Alabama. A classic piece of American office design combining polished chrome, dark upholstery, and contrasting wood armrests. The chair has a clean architectural profile that works equally well in a period mid-century interior or a contemporary home office.

The broad upholstered back has softly rounded corners and sits between slender chrome supports. An open section separates the back from the seat, keeping the profile visually light. Flat wood armrests introduce warmth against the reflective chrome frame. The upholstered seat has a gently rounded front and piped perimeter.

Beneath it is an adjustable swivel mechanism leading into a polished five-star chrome base with rolling casters. An original manufacturer’s label underneath identifies United Chair Co., Inc. of Leeds, Alabama. A distinctive vintage desk chair for a home office, studio, library, or workspace.
