In 1975, a failed exploratory mission came to an end with a loud explosion. Decades later, a long-standing friend persuaded me to join a research team; during this expedition, we unexpectedly uncovered a fragment of an ancient civilisation.
As we delved deeper, mounting evidence suggested that humanity might merely be guinea pigs in an experiment conducted by a superior form of life. Yet history was not destined to leave humanity in the dark; subsequent investigations revealed that a schism had arisen within that superior life form, and humanity seized the opportunity to seal it away.
During the expedition, I also discovered that my family had long been guarding a secret-a closely guarded mystery left behind after a war between gods and humans. Yet all this was thrown into disarray as I gradually drew closer to the heart of the secret. At the same time, a conspiracy surrounding this expedition gradually came to light.
