This work draws on the teachings of professors of legislation and procedure. It deals primarily with Roman-Germanic law. However, to understand the term 'Roman-Germanic', it is necessary to shed some light on it by comparing it with the common law. But before doing so, it is worth defining what legislation and procedure are.
