Despotic regimes that purchase U.S. arms and crack down on their populations with brutally violent death squad police, mafia military and murderous national guard are considered "democratic," while regimes that provide sustenance for their populations, do not mass murder and genocide their populations and have high standards of living for their people are deemed human rights abusers that are targeted for coup-de-taut overthrows with rebel murderous militias and destruction of their societies with relentless bombing and munitions.
