STEP 2：Choose the box color and whether you would like personalized engraving. STEP 3：If you choose engraving, enter your text in the Personalization box.
If you do not want engraving, please enter:N/A STEP 4：Upload your photos according to the option you selected. 8 photos → Upload 8 photos（If more than 8 photos are uploaded, we will select 8 suitable ones.） 16 photos → Upload 10 photos first, then send the remaining 6 photos through Etsy Messages. 📌 Please make sure there are no duplicate photos.

What should I do? A:Don t worry. 😊 Because packages may experience bumps or rough handling during transportation, a few photos may occasionally come loose from the roller. This is not a product defect. The product is designed to allow users to remove and reinsert the photos themselves.
Simply find the correct position and insert both ends of the photo back into the transparent slots on the roller. It s quick and easy. Q: Which direction should I turn the handle? A:Always turn the handle counterclockwise, from back to front. This is the correct direction for smooth photo movement.
Turning the handle the wrong way may cause photos to come loose or the mechanism to become stuck. If the photo detaches because the handle was rotated in the wrong direction, simply reinstall the photo and rotate the handle counter-clockwise. Q: Why isn t the light turning on? A: It might be out of power.
Please use the included charging cable and connect it to a USB charging port on a laptop or similar device. The red indicator light will turn on while charging. Q: Why does my finished product look slightly different from the listing photos? Every animation box is handmade individually using the photos provided by each customer.
The final visual effect depends largely on: Photo composition · Subject position · Cropping The flip animation works by dividing each photo into two sections and visually connecting them as the image flips. Therefore, a center seam is a normal part of the design and is necessary for the flip mechanism to work.
With close-up selfies or face-focused photos, the center seam may be more noticeable, and the face may appear slightly misaligned or interrupted while flipping.
