A paint brush. A canvas. An artist's hand. Marina's Aesthetic is a compilation of Marina Alberti's artwork during her transition between high school and university.
Her paintings revolve around the vibrancy of colors in a fusion of realistic rendering and abstract brushwork with content following themes of femininity, beauty, identity, and art history influence/references.
ISSUE NO. 1 (Spring 2020-Spring 2021) features the end of her senior year at San Dieguito High School Academy (SDA) with her AP Studio Art portfolio as well as her entire freshman year as a Studio Art and Art History double major at University of California San Diego (UCSD).
