A very rare and special pair of vintage Vietnamese floor vases (24.75" high) from the 1960s made of black lacquer with mother of pearl inlays featuring a dragon and a lac bird (mythical Vietnamese bird) as well as other details. Decorations also have handpainted details and the mother of pearl inlays show beautiful iridescent colors.
Each vase has the dragon on one side and the lac bird on the other side but the small details do differ between them. This gorgeous pair is very hard to find and perfect for any high-end Asian-themed interior.
