NO CUSTOMS DUTIES Please Measure Your Space Before ordering, please measure the wall where you plan to hang your artwork. If you re unsure about the size, request a FREE mockup. Since returns are processed to Türkiye, measuring first helps avoid unnecessary returns. IMPORTANT Please unpack and inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives.
If it is damaged during shipping, I will gladly send a replacement. Do not leave the canvas in its packaging for long periods or store it in places such as garages, as this may cause wrinkles. Store canvas artwork at room temperature. Use hanging hardware suitable for both your wall type and the artwork s weight.
For heavy pieces, mount into a wall stud whenever possible. On drywall, use appropriate anchors and screws. After installation, ensure all hardware is secure before hanging. PLEASE NOTE: Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, brightness, and calibration. If color accuracy is important, view the listing on multiple devices or request a FREE mockup.

Return shipping costs are the customer s responsibility. We strongly recommend measuring your space and requesting a FREE mockup before ordering. What is a stretched canvas? A stretched canvas is professionally stretched over a wooden frame, creating a smooth gallery-style finish with the image wrapped around the edges.
It arrives fully assembled and ready to hang. What if my order arrives damaged? Send photos of both the artwork and the shipping box. We will produce and ship a FREE replacement. What if my order is lost? We will assist with tracking. If the shipment is officially declared lost, we will send a FREE replacement. What if my canvas has wrinkles?
Lightly spray the back of the canvas with clean water and allow it to dry naturally while stretched. Most wrinkles will disappear as the canvas tightens. If you need assistance, please contact us.
