Simple To Apply: Step 1:Use tweezers to lift your nail art decal design from the backing sheet. Step 2: Place the nail decal using your tweezers and lay the nail decal on top of your nail. Step 3:Apply a thin layer or topcoat to the decal area. Allow it to dry. Step 4: Brush on another layer of topcoat to cover the entire nail and allow it to dry.
